• First Inspection.

    Comprehensive onsite pool fence or barrier inspection to relevant Australian Standard or Building Regulations.

    If the pool barrier or fence is compliant, a detailed Inspection Report and Form 23 issued within 24 hours.

    If the pool barrier or fence is non-compliant at first inspection, a detailed report issued within 24 hours, complete with photos and written recommendations for rectification.

    Inspections from $360 (plus GST)
    Travel fees may be added depending on location.

    Please Note: You will have 60 days after the first inspection to undertake rectification works as documented. The inspector must re-inspect no later than day 60 after the first inspection.

  • Follow-up inspection (if required)

    Follow-up pool fence and barrier inspection to review rectification works and ensure that the barrier meets Australian Standards.

    If no further works required, final report and Form 23 issued within 24 hours.

    Re-Inspection from $200 (plus GST)
    Travel fees may be added depending on location.
