With deadlines approaching on June 1st, consider booking early to beat the rush & avoid fines.

It’s important to allow time prior to the lodgement deadline to obtain your Certificate.
There is a fine for failure to lodge a Certificate of Compliance within the set timeframes.

If your pool was constructed on or before June 30th 1994 your certificate of barrier compliance needs to be lodged before June 1st 2022.

In some instances, your safety barrier may require repairs and a re-inspection prior to issuing of a Certificate of Barrier Compliance.

This makes it more important to allow sufficient time prior to the lodgement deadline to obtain your Certificate of Barrier Compliance and avoid fines.

Pool Safe can complete comprehensive onsite pool fence or barrier inspections to the relevant Australian Standard or Building Regulations.

If the pool barrier or fence is compliant, a detailed Inspection Report and Form 23 can be issued within 24 hours.

If the pool barrier or fence is non-compliant at first inspection, a detailed report issued within 24 hours, complete with photos and written recommendations for rectification.
